Graphic identity for the exhibition ‘L’Uomo Senza Qualità’, curated by Luigi Fassi, showing the video art collection of the Malmö Museum, for Fondazione Morra Greco, in Bari, Italy.
The show borrows the title and concept from Lars Arrhenius’ ‘The Man Without Qualities’ as the works reflect a tendency to explore ideas of failure, tension, disappearance and uncertainty. Those concepts translate, for e.g., in the contrasts between the greyish fading colors of the image, selected by the curator, and the metallic copper pantone of the titles or the tighter size of a cover that cannot involve and protect the totality of the contents.

Identity proposal developed for the 1st Annual Lusophone Writers’ meeting.
The project consisted of an image that could work both as logo and general communication and advertisement of the event, being easily applied to different surfaces and objects.
We wanted to add a bit of lightness and playfulness to an event that is generally connoted as being too formal and oficial.

Graphic project, in collaboration with Kai von Rabenau, for the 27th issue of Berlin based magazine mono.kultur, featuring american photographer Ryan McGinley.
The 10 different fonts, several grids and about 30 images that make this issue, translate the highly eclectic work of the artist, from early life and career to his latest exhibition.

Disposable pocket book for the short story and photo collages of the author Paul
de Koens.
A short autobiographical narrative in 32 pages, this book is a torrent of somehow disconnected memories, set in the tone of a reverie or dream.

Identity for the exhibition ‘Trailer Park’, curated by Jörg Heiser, featuring works from the collection of the Fondazione Morra Greco, in Italy.
The title of the exhibition translates the sense of impermanence, constant reconfiguration and modest nature of the art works selected for this exhibition. Consequently, the identity resulted in a series of objects that could either relate to each other or have their autonomous lives.

Banner to promote the launch of mono.kultur’s issue featuring Dave Eggers.
(There is not much science behind designing banners, but it was somehow funny to work with Eggers’ drawings and explore their inner irony.)

Editorial and graphic project for the 25th issue of mono.kultur, an independent Berlin based interview magazine.
The issue was projected having in mind Eggers’ super extensive body of work and multiple projects. The result was a single folded sheet that can be unfolded into a poster, thus becoming a giant map to Eggers extended universe.
